Refund Policy: If you need to reschedule your purchase, please call us at 320-398-7200. Full refunds will be made for cancellation notices made 48 hours prior to scheduled ticket time. Cancellations made after 48 hours will be refunded in the form of a Powder Ridge gift card. If Powder Ridge closes due to unforeseen circumstances we will contact you to reschedule or issue you a full refund.
